uokk Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

By accessing or using the uokk platform (www.uokk.cam), you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

This document forms a legal agreement between uokk and the user of the platform. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy must also be read alongside these terms, as they form part of this agreement.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use gaming services on the uokk platform, you must be at least 21 years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. uokk may request identity documents at any time to verify your age.

2.2 Registration Conditions

• Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• If any of your details change, you must notify uokk immediately.
• You may not operate an account on behalf of or in the name of another person.

2.3 Registration Verification

uokk reserves the right to verify the identity of any account. Deposits, withdrawals, or bonus benefits may be suspended until verification is complete. In cases of false information, the account will be cancelled and any balance will be forfeited.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your uokk account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You should not share this information with anyone.

• Report any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach to our support team immediately.
• uokk will not be liable for any loss arising from third-party access, unless it is proven that the incident occurred due to a fault on uokk's part.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Conditions

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are accepted for depositing funds into uokk. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Approval Conditions

• Account verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be held if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• uokk reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions.
• uokk may request documents regarding the source of funds deposited into the account.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is found to be fraudulent or suspicious, uokk reserves the right to immediately suspend or cancel that amount. In cases of chargebacks or disputed payments, the associated account may be closed.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at uokk will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (bonus amount × 25). Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳50,000 before making a withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion applies under separate terms, which are stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, the same IP address, or the same payment method is prohibited.
• Bonus benefits are personal and non-transferable.
• uokk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is proven, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

The uokk VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each level. You can gradually move up to higher levels based on your gaming activity.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on the uokk platform are operated under fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which cannot be controlled by any party.

• If a fault occurs in the software or game system, the result of that round will be considered void.
• If a game round is not completed due to a loss of network connection, it will be settled according to the last recorded state on the server.
• In the event of a technical error in any game, uokk will investigate and make a decision, and that decision will be considered final.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has set minimum and maximum bet amounts, which are displayed in the game interface. uokk reserves the right to change betting limits at any time. Special betting limits may apply to specific games during promotions.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uokk platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means.
• Abusing bonus benefits — such as meeting wagering requirements through low-risk bets.
• Colluding with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's software, systems, or network.
• Operating an account with false or misleading information.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game.

8 Intellectual Property

All content published on the uokk platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, designs, and other elements — is intellectual property owned by or licensed to uokk.

• Copying, distributing, modifying, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior permission from uokk is prohibited.
• Ownership of third-party games and software used on the platform remains with the respective game providers.

9 Responsible Gaming

uokk believes that gaming should be for entertainment purposes only. We are committed to the wellbeing and mental health of our players.

• Only play within your means. Do not place bets to try to recover lost money.
• If you or someone you know shows signs of gaming addiction, seek help immediately.
• Contact uokk support to set deposit and betting limits on your account.
• You can temporarily or permanently close your account at any time.

10 Right to Amend Terms

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure by uokk

uokk may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of the terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed, however if active bonus wagering requirements apply, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

12 Limitation of Liability

uokk is an entertainment platform. Wins and losses in gaming are a normal part of play and uokk does not guarantee any specific winnings.

• uokk is not liable for losses caused by natural disasters, war, cyber attacks, or other uncontrollable events.
• uokk is not liable for situations arising from loss of internet connection or device issues.
• uokk's maximum liability in any case will not exceed the value of the transaction in question.
